    Employees can now top up a multi-use card, or extend end dates themselves with the same approval flow as the original card. No need to reissue a card, saving time for both the employee and their approver.

  • Delegate mileage submission

    A delegate can submit mileage requests on behalf of someone else, with that person's approval workflow and expense policies applied. Mileage claims are submitted accurately and on time.

  • Forward receipts on the go

    Forward your receipts to Spendesk directly from you phone. These are automatically attached to the relevant payment. No need to revisit your expenses when back at your desk, payments are sorted on the spot.

  • Verification of Payee (EEA)

    Before a payment goes through, an automatic check runs to confirm that the beneficiary details align with bank records. You get fewer misdirected payments and greater protection against fraud.
