Spendesk is more than just a business account into which you deposit money and make transfers. Se don't have a banking app in the strict sense that current accounts do. Instead, Employees can use the Spendesk app for Android & iOS to photograph and upload their receipts, submit expenses and make requests to top up their physical card. Employees no longer have to front expenses out of their own pockets. Instead, they request an amount for a specific purchase and can make the payment using their Sepndesk (physical) debit card or a virtual card.
If for any reason the employee cannot use their Spendesk Mastercard and needs to pay in cash, they take a photo of the receipt via the Spendesk mobile app (available for Android & iOS) and create a digital expense report directly on the go. This is sent immediately to a manager for validation, and then on to the finance team.
