Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations when participating in this offer.
1. Eligibility
The offer is open to participants registered for a webinar organised by Spendesk. Employees, contractors, agents, or anyone directly or indirectly affiliated with Spendesk are not eligible to participate.
The offer is exclusively reserved for representatives of private sector organisations. It is not open to civil servants, employees of public bodies, state-owned enterprises (or their representatives), or regulated professionals where applicable law or codes of conduct prohibit its acceptance.
Spendesk reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withdraw offers if the beneficiary's status is misrepresented.
By registering for the webinar, participants agree to comply with these terms.
2. Participation
Only one eligible participant per company will be awarded the reward. If multiple participants from the same company register, the reward will be granted to the first participant who registered for the webinar.
3. Registration form
Participants must register for the webinar via the link provided by Spendesk, completing all required fields with valid information.
Participants must ensure that their participation in the offer does not violate any obligation towards their employer or professional partners. Participants are encouraged to seek internal approval where necessary.
4. Rewards
The participant will receive a reward (the nature and value of which are indicated in the registration form and/or in Spendesk communications) for (i) registering for the webinar with valid information and (ii) attending the webinar in its entirety.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
Spendesk reserves the right to replace rewards with similar alternatives of equivalent value in the event of unavailability.
Accepting a reward does not create any obligation to purchase Spendesk services.
5. Disqualification and fraud prevention
Spendesk reserves the right to disqualify participants who have submitted fraudulent, invalid, or incomplete forms, or who have not attended the webinar in its entirety.
Fraudulent activities may result in exclusion from the offer and potential legal proceedings.
6. Liability
Spendesk shall not be held liable for:
Delayed, lost, or incomplete submissions due to technical errors.
Any tax obligations arising from participation in the offer.
7. Amendments and termination
Spendesk reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without notice.
8. Governing law
The offer and these terms are governed by the laws of France.
Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris for any disputes arising from the offer.
