Spendesk is excited to announce its referral program ("Program") to reward participants who refer new, qualified prospects. Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations when participating in this Program.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to:
users of Spendesk who must be individuals aged 18 and over (”Referrers”),
their company who must be a client of Spendesk, and
prospect companies whom they refer (”Referees”).
Employees, contractors, agents, or anyone directly affiliated with Spendesk are not eligible to participate. By submitting a referral, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Program duration
The Program starts on 5th March 2025 and ends on 30th June 2025. Referrals submitted outside this period will not be eligible for rewards.
3. Submission of referrals
To participate, Referrers must share their unique referral link with Referees, who then complete and submit the official referral form via the designated Spendesk platform.
Referrals eligible for the rewards
Referees must meet the following cumulative criteria to give right to rewards:
The Referee is a company with more than 50 employees;
The Referee demonstrates a genuine interest in Spendesk's services by agreeing to participate in a qualifying call or meeting with the sales team;
The Referee shall contract with Spendesk for the first time;
The Referee shall not already belong to the existing customer base or the list of active prospects of Spendesk (one or more contacts in the last 3 months).
If the Referees do not correspond to these criteria, no participant will be eligible to a reward.
Rewards subject to contract signature condition
The signature of a final contract with the Referee shall occur at the latest on 30th July 2025.
Spendesk has complete freedom to accept or refuse to sign with the Referee, for any reason whatsoever, without this giving rise to any compensation for the Referrer.
Compliance
Referrers and Referees must ensure their participation in the Program does not violate any obligations to their employer or professional partners. Participants are encouraged to seek internal approval where necessary.
4. Rewards
The Referrer participating in the Program will be granted:
€100 (Amazon Gift Card or credits for their company towards their next Spendesk bill), for every validated referral that is approved and completes a Demo Call, booked via the Referrer’s unique referral link; and
€300 in credits for their company towards their next Spendesk bill, when the Referee signs up for an annual Spendesk plan and has successfully paid their first Spendesk invoice.
The Referee participating in the Program will be granted €400 in credits towards their next Spendesk bill, when they sign up for an annual Spendesk plan and have successfully paid their first Spendesk invoice.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.
Spendesk reserves the right to substitute rewards with similar alternatives of equal value in case of unavailability.
5. Disqualification and fraud prevention
Spendesk reserves the right to disqualify participants found to have submitted fraudulent, invalid, or incomplete referrals.
Fraudulent activities may result in exclusion from the Program and potential legal action.
6. Liability
Spendesk shall not be held liable for:
Delayed, lost, or incomplete submissions due to technical errors.
Any tax obligations arising from participation in the Program.
7. Amendments and termination
Spendesk reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes to the Program will be communicated via the Spendesk platform or website.
8. Governing law
The Program and these terms and conditions are governed by French law.
Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris in relation to any disputes arising from the Program.
