Who can open a Spendesk account?
Spendesk is available for companies located in the European Economic Area (France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark...) and in the United States.
Users can create wallets with currencies in Euro (€), U.S. Dollar ($), Pound (£), Danish krone (kr; DKK), Norwegian krone (kr; NOK), Swedish krona (kr; SEK).
Is there any long-term commitment?
All Spendesk plans have a monthly commitment. You can close your account at any time. If you prefer, we do offer premium plans on an annual basis.
How much does a physical card cost?
Card orders are free of charge and there are no monthly card fees. You can order as many cards as you need for your employees, and you won’t be billed until they are an active user during the month.
What is an active spender?
Active spenders are any employees who make at least one payment with Spendesk, or submit at least one expense claim request or invoice during the calendar month. Admins and Controllers are not considered as ‘active’ when they login, approve requests or export payments.
