Dhanashree Nene is a strategic finance leader with more than 13 years of global experience across FP&A, business partnering, corporate finance, and financial modelling. She currently leads Finance for North America, People Experiences and Technology Operations at Amazon, supporting financial strategy and operational planning at scale. Previously, Dhanashree held finance and strategy roles at Sequoia Capital and Micron Technology, where she worked on budgeting, board-level reporting, COGS forecasting, product-mix analysis, and margin strategy. Earlier, she spent seven years at Deloitte advising Fortune 100 clients on valuation and complex financial modelling. She began her career in equity research at Globeflex Capital. Known for turning complex financial data into clear business insight, Dhanashree focuses on AI-enabled finance, automation, strategic FP&A, and building scalable finance systems.
