How to Build a Data Infrastructure that Empowers Decision Making

Tuesday, March 26 at 4:00 PM CET | 10:00 AM EST

About the event

Finance has the domain over financial results, challenges strategy, and supports resource allocation. So much for the theory.

Yet finance is often left in the dark due to non-existent, inconsistent or poorly attributed data. Finance must take the lead in creating a controllable environment and become the foundation on which growth decisions are made.

In this session, Kolja Heskamp will provide you with insights and strategies to build a data structure that enables your organization to make better decisions, led by finance.

In this session, you will learn:

How to start conceptualizing your required data infrastructure
Strategies for establishing a company-wide data methodology
Tips and tricks for leaving room for growth adjustments
