A graduate of EM Lyon Business School, Pauline began her career at EY before holding senior finance roles at Parrot, Forvia, and Aviv (SeLoger, MeilleursAgents). At Aviv, she scaled MeilleursAgents to profitability and double-digit growth, then successfully integrated it with SeLoger, France’s largest real estate marketplace. With deep expertise in scaling high-growth SaaS businesses and a strong focus on customer needs, Pauline brings both transformational finance leadership and firsthand insight as a former Spendesk customer.

Lucile is a French native, and focuses on software and vertical SaaS. She joined Eight Roads in 2015 from Summit Partners.

He is a Trustee Board member of the Pirbright Institute, a world-leading centre of excellence in the research and surveillance of viral animal diseases.
