Employees see these limits flagged when requesting virtual cards, submitting expense claims, or making Spendesk card payments, helping them stay within policy.
Payment approvers can verify policy compliance during review and decide how to proceed.
We've revamped spend approval workflows to give you better visibility and control over your processes. The new workflow builder provides a canvas where you can create, visualise and maintain all your company approval workflows. Payments are automatically categorised to follow your defined approval process, simplifying high-volume payables management and ensuring the right approvers for each payment.
Create flows based on cost centres (available to all customers) or the new Spend Type condition (selected plans). Additional filtering by expense categories and analytical fields is coming soon.
Access the data that matters most to you, faster. New filtering options in Prepare and All Payables let you create granular views of your company spend. Save your preferred filter combinations for instant, repeatable reports you can access in two clicks.
Get additional clarity on employee expenses with the new Beneficiary field. When submitting an expense claim or physical card payment, employees can now use the new Beneficiaries field to include others in their expenses. Simplify prepaid expense calculations with automated amortisation. Set start and end dates to automatically spread costs over the correct period. Works seamlessly with file-based exports, ensuring accurate recording of prepaid expenses.
Save time with flexible payment management. Correct data errors or inconsistencies at any stage, even after payables have been prepared or exported. Opt-in to allow finance teams to edit payable information directly in the All Payables tab with this optional feature.
Gain greater flexibility when submitting your mileage claims. Edit the calculated trip distance for any mileage request manually for accurate reimbursements. All mileage requests that have been edited will be clearly indicated to all reviewers to ensure compliance.
