Founded in 2011, their online platform promotes direct exchanges between shoppers and agricultural producers via pop-up markets. Their aim is to reposition the producer at the heart of commercial relationships by selling their produce directly. Every week, The Food Assembly members go to one of the 700 "hives" to collect their orders directly from producers. Today, the company employees more than 135 employees and is present in 9 European countries.
