Before Spendesk, only a few credit cards were available for employees to make all their
online payments, both for one-time purchases or monthly subscriptions. The problem?
Employees would get blocked if the cards weren't available at the moment of their
purchase.

Today, everyone uses virtual Spendesk cards for online payments and managers validate requests for their team members. “The product is simple and well-designed, and was quickly adopted by the teams. The Chrome extension was particularly popular as it gives you access to a virtual card without needing to leave the website,” explains Baptiste. “Everyone saves time and is more independent. It’s really fluid and we’ve already extended the system to our Spanish and German subsidiaries.”
